How will HRM communications occur before and after mock/go live?

   

Emails will be sent with important notifications and details. This website will also be available for the latest HRM information and notifications.


   

Will there be a test environment for review and keying data?

   

Yes, follow-up information will be sent later with URL and login instructions.


   

Will GHRS data be available to agencies for internal processes (existing or new)?

   

Yes, HRM will reside on a SQL based platform. Several agencies are already connected and testing. Please reach out to SBS for further information. Existing processes will take precedence over new requests


   

Will the timing of the pilot impact the COLA process?

   

No, The COLA will be run from GHRS before cutover to HRM.


   

Will there be an opportunity to review STAARS data for the mock payroll?

   

Yes, there will be a test version of STAARS (copied from production before payroll) which will be used during mock. Agencies will be given access to verify data as needed.


   

Will training be offered as remote or on-site sessions?

   

The focus will be instructor led hands-on training. However, Training videos, recorded training sessions and materials will be available online.


   

Will guidance/assistance be available for administrators if issues arise during mock and/or go live payrolls?

   

Yes, a Help Desk will be in place to direct questions as need to the appropriate location (State Business Systems training, State Personnel, or Comptroller’s office).


   

Where will pay stubs, W2’s and statements of benefits be accessed after the launch of HRM?

   

eMAP will remain to access all documents.


   

How will reports be available for HRM? Will they be delivered or generated real-time?

   

  1. Reports will be available through InfoAdvantage.
  2. Reports can be delivered and/or generated real time by the end user.


   

How much leave and history will be available online?

   

At cutover it will be the same retention timeframes that GHRS has available. In the future HRM will retain all time and leave data.


   

Will agencies be allowed to provide feedback for future HRM enhancements?

   

Yes, all suggestions will be required for review and approval by State Personnel Department.


   

Will the HRM launch replace the PDD0 screens?

   

No, the PDD0 screens will still exist in the mainframe. The method of access may change. Some users are accessing via GHRS. You will need to use a new command after logging into the mainframe for direct screen access.
